CNC Milling - Cutting Engineer

We are searching for a CNC Operator (Cutting Machine Operator) in Bremen for a leading company specialising in high-performance carbon-fibre composites, producing structural cables, rods, and custom solutions for infrastructure, industrial, marine, and professional sports applications. Renowned for innovation and quality, they ensure rigorous performance standards.

As the CNC Operator, you will run the machine independently and have direct involvement in the entire creation cycle of the bespoke products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Individual production of components made of high-quality materials such as carbon fibers and MDF.
• Creating and managing CNC programs with CAD/CAM system from Solidworks/ Solidcam.
• Manufacturing highly complex components using various CAM modules i.e. simultaneous milling, special 3D free-form surface strategy and dynamic 3D iMachining technology.
