This hands-on CNC Programming role requires a direct impact on the shop floor, focusing on program development for lathes and mills, improving machining processes, and solving real-time production challenges. You will collaborate closely with a team across production and engineering, gaining visibility into process improvements, tooling decisions, and overall manufacturing performance. Responsibilities

+ Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for turning, milling, and other machining operations using CAM software, with a preference for SolidCAM.

+ Support CNC machine setup and prove-out activities to ensure programs run safely and efficiently in production.

+ Create and maintain setup sheets, tooling sheets, and machining documentation.
