Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist with strong hands-on expertise in a precision job shop environment. This role requires an individual who can independently program, set up, machine, and troubleshoot complex, low-volume/high-mix precision components.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with tight tolerances, frequent setup changes, and custom parts for multiple customers. Strong CAM programming skills, blueprint interpretation, and machining expertise are essential.
