A precision engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join their growing technical team in Poole.

This is a great opportunity for someone with offline programming and CAM experience who enjoys working on complex components and improving manufacturing processes.

CNC Programmer - Key Responsibilities

Offline programming and optimisation of CNC milling programs
Developing machining strategies from engineering drawings and 3D models
Supporting machine setup, prove-outs and troubleshooting
Improving tooling, cycle times and production efficiency
Supporting operators and sharing best practice on the shop floor
