Role Description

Are you an experienced CNC Programmer, looking for full time day shift work in the Whtiby area?
CNC Programmer needed immediately in Whitby
$34 – $38/hr, depending on experience
Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8am to 4:30pm)
Overtime after 44 hours, extended hours might be required
Responsibilities:
Develop, modify and optimize CNC programs using CAM software
Set up CNC machines including tooling selection, offsets, feeds, speeds and verification runs
Fine tune CNC parameters to ensure efficiency, accuracy and repeatability
Troubleshoot machining issues
Support production flow by responding to urgent CNC programming or set up needs
Operate CNC machines when required, to validate programs or support production demands
Create and maintain 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software
Produce components or tooling internally as required
