The Opportunity

FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead BidOps, an AI-native proposal-orchestration platform for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms, currently being built at our studio. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role.

BidOps is an AI-native proposal platform that automates requirement and compliance tracking, intelligently reuses institutional knowledge and proposal content, and streamlines coordination across technical experts. The platform centralizes RFQ/RFP requirements, maps them to past project experience and qualifications, manages SME inputs, and provides AI-assisted completeness checks — while integrating with the authoring environments AEC teams already use, including Word, InDesign and PDF workflows.
