This is a senior level professional fee coding position with at least three (3) or more years’ experience in multiple specialties; coding both inpatient and outpatient professional fee services. Coder II staff key duties include reviewing documentation to assign appropriate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 diagnosis codes, resolve edits in WQs (charge review, claim edit, and follow up), and review denials for possible corrected claims or appeals.
