Role Description

Position Overview
Leads end‑to‑end commercial oversight of subcontractors, including variations, claims, payments, and risk across multiple station, civil, and systems packages.
District Overview

Eastern Canada District's projects include highways, bridges, mass transit, mine site development & open pit operations, hydroelectric powerhouses, wind-power plants, dams & industrial. The serve the construction and mining industries and operates in Eastern Canada.
Location

This role will be based in Ottawa supporting the Ottawa LRT Project
Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial strategies for subcontract awards, changes, and negotiations.

Ensure compliance with contract terms, notice provisions, and documentation standards.

Support field teams on scope interpretation, commercial risk identification, and resolution pathways.
