Commercial Performance Director

**Key Accountabilities:**

**•** This role will drive the planning and execution of the commercial strategy and activity through supporting the Revenue management team, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, Distribution teams, through working effectively with area and regional support teams.

• Responsible for transforming commercial success through ensuring priorities, initiatives and IHG systems & tools are adopted.

• The first line of elevation point for Commercial Strategies when they seek support in gaining better performance. Collaborates with various internal data sources and teams to provide tailored effective Recommendations, reporting and insights to guide the hotel commercial Strategy team with revenue driving Commercial initiatives

• Works closely with the functional leaders to ensure implementation and delivery of top-line revenue initiatives, best practices to hotels and deliver on channel performance and outperformance in RGI
