Oaks Lake Crackenback resort are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen team on a casual basis.
If you have a love for cooking, a drive to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes, we’d love to welcome you to our team. This role includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.
As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in supporting our culinary operations by:
Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across all sections of the kitchen.
Team Support: Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations during busy periods.
Kitchen Standards: Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
