Role Description

                    Our client is a leading charity operating across Ireland, supporting some of the most marginalised individuals, couples, and families experiencing homelessness.
They are currently seeking an experienced Community Integration Case Manager to join their Dublin operation.
This is a fixed-term contract to permanency, working 35 hours per week.
