We’re hiring a highly execution-driven Community Manager to manage Qargo Coffee’s digital presence, protect our brand reputation, and drive engagement across all platforms.

This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role where speed, consistency, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to 100% of DMs, comments, and mentions
  • Manage and respond to all Google Reviews (by store)
  • Escalate negative feedback within 24 hours
  • Run daily trend scans and share insights
  • Deliver Daily Brand Pulse updates
  • Community performance report (engagement, reach, sentiment)
  • Execute 2 campaigns/week (Product + Brand/Franchise)
  • Identify franchise leads & customer insights
  • Brand performance & sentiment report
  • Campaign and trend effectiveness analysis
