Role Summary
Two missions:
Build an English-first personal brand with our founder—plan topics, record in person once per week, then edit and publish remotely.
Create Spanish content for Octify—plan, script, record yourself on camera, and publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Schedule & Location
Hybrid in Puebla, Mexico.
In-person filming once per week; remote editing the rest.
Responsibilities
Own weekly content calendars and shot lists (English + Spanish).
Edit short‐form video with strong hooks, captions, and pacing.
Write post copy, titles, and CTAs; publish and manage comments.
Repurpose recordings into multi‐platform assets and snippets.
Track basic metrics; iterate based on performance.
