Role Description

                    Scopely is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis. The role requires designing compensation programs, conducting market benchmarking, and analyzing data to provide insights to leadership. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are essential. Bonus points for gaming or tech experience.
