Complex Manager

Part of the Senior Management, accountable in leading and directing production teams to meet the business unit's strategic and production targets across a GP farm which include Production, Rearing, Maintenance and Hatchery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Directs and co‑ordinates livestock and hatchery activities to meet production output meeting and exceeding all Company and industry best practice for animal welfare and bio security.
• Maintains a cost‑effective production infrastructure to optimize profitability without compromising on safety, animal.
• Plans and implements policies and procedures to meet production targets and attain profitability.
• Reviews production and storage records to determine productivity and performance.
• Liaises with department managers on livestock morality rates and illnesses.
