Compliance Head

The Compliance Head is responsible for leading and overseeing the Company’s compliance management framework to ensure adherence to applicable laws, Insurance Commission regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal policies of BPI/MS Insurance. The role works closely with the General Counsel, senior management, regulators, auditors, business leaders, and JV stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s culture of compliance, manage regulatory risk, and support sound business operations.

The position is accountable for key compliance functions including (1) regulatory compliance management, (2) compliance monitoring and governance, (3) risk assessment and advisory, (4) regulatory engagement and reporting, and (5) compliance training and awareness.
