Compliance & Quality Support Supervisor

EXL is looking for a customer service representative in Pasay, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate has completed at least 2 years in college and has at least 1 year of prior customer service experience. Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. A typing speed of at least 30 wpm is expected, alongside the ability to work independently and receive constructive feedback. Knowledge of US Life Insurance processes is a plus.
