Composite worker

Your job will include a variety of tasks in the manufacture of composite parts. The work requires precision and good manual skills. The tasks are suitable for both women and men. We will provide you with training for your duties.

In your role, you will be responsible for cleaning, waxing, and preparing molds for painting. You will handle the installation of fiberglass mats and various reinforcement materials into molds, such as hulls, decks, hatches, and different modules, and carry out preparatory work for vacuum lamination. We will train you in vacuum lamination techniques so that you can later independently manufacture finished composite parts.

Relevant work experience may include, for example, carpentry, construction, sewing, or another profession involving hands‑on work. You should be able to read and understand drawings and complete required quality documentation. Experience in laminating, painting, or spray painting will be considered an advantage.
