Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
• Repair or replace defective hardware components (e.g., hard drives, RAM, power supply)
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and backups
• Respond to technical support requests and provide timely solutions
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet)
• Remove viruses, malware, and other security threats
• Document technical issues, solutions, and system changes
