Qualifications: 7–15+ years ofexperience in concrete construction, preferably in heavy civil,infrastructure, high-rise, or industrial projects. 3–5+ years in asupervisory or superintendent role. Strong knowledge of: Proven ability to managelarge crews and multiple subcontractors. Strong understanding ofconstruction scheduling and productivity metrics. Proficiency withconstruction drawings and specifications. Experience with tunnelor underground concrete works considered an asset. Innovate. Collaborate.
