Role Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out condition assessments and prepare method statements for conservation works
- Execute repair and restoration works with precision and care
- Ensure all interventions align with conservation best practices and project requirements
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and project managers
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in conservation and repair works
- Proven expertise in architectural finishes, including: Wood, Glass, Ceramic & tiles, Stone & marble, Metal grills, Mosaic, Wallpaper, Stucco and decorative finishes
- Strong understanding of conservation principles, materials, and techniques
- Ability to assess condition, recommend interventions, and execute high-quality repairs
- Experience working on heritage or culturally significant structures is highly preferred
