Role Objective

The Construction Director will lead the end-to-end execution of our residential and commercial portfolio along the Costa del Sol. You will be responsible for transforming architectural visions into high-quality physical assets, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with Spanish technical codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight : Define the construction strategy for a pipeline of over 3,000 residential units alongside large scale commercial projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth plans
• Project Lifecycle Management : Oversee all phases from initial feasibility and licensing (Licencia de Obra) to the final delivery of keys (LPO).
