Construction Engineer - Transportation

At Jacobs, we push the limits of what’s possible to make the world smarter and more connected. We are tendering for the construction oversight of Road and Infrastructure works in the greater Seattle, WA area. These projects comprise of roadway and structural/bridge improvements in an urban setting.

As a Construction Engineer (Transportation), You will provide oversight of the construction project to ensure that it is completed safely and accurately in accordance with the requirements of the construction contract and permitting requirements. You will provide technical and field construction engineering support to Resident Engineer (RE) and Construction Management staff.

You will have the opportunity to manage and direct a team of support staff and site Inspectors for the project. You will be responsible for reviewing and confirming daily reports; coordinating with Document Control personnel to file daily inspection reports and photos with project records.
