We are looking for a detail‑oriented Construction Pricing & Proposal Leveling Specialist to support our client's team with reviewing contractor proposals, analyzing pricing, and ensuring bids are properly compared. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction processes, bid pricing, and proposal leveling, along with strong skills in Excel and Outlook.

This role involves reviewing subcontractor and vendor proposals, organizing pricing data, and leveling bids to ensure accurate comparisons across contractors. The candidate must be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and construction documentation.
