**Job Summary**

+ The BVG Laborer, Irrigation is responsible to install, test, monitor, and maintain irrigation equipment such as sprinklers, pumps, water lines, and suction valves. This position also installs required materials for landscaping, irrigation, and site development.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Follow supervisor instructions
+ Hand tool use including wheelbarrow
+ General mechanical knowledge and ability to recognize various irrigation parts and assembly procedures
+ Load & unload materials
+ Manually excavate with shovel
+ Knowledge of safe working practices

**Education and Experience:**

+ Safeguard assets from theft and misuse
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong work ethic
+ Bilingual (Spanish)
