The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly experienced and skilled construction manager with a proven track record of successfully managing large scale construction projects. This role will require strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors, and excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the UAE or other Gulf countries. Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic is preferred but not required.
