Our client is seeking an experienced Large Loss Construction Manager to oversee repair and rebuild projects within their restoration division. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating sub‑trades, managing timelines, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all repair projects and supervise sub‑trades
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., WSIB)
• Issue Work Orders and Purchase Orders
• Maintain accurate project data in XactAnalysis and RMS
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Coordinators
• Align expectations with homeowners and conduct final walkthroughs
