Your new role
Working on a major new project in the centre of Cambridge, they are looking for a Construction Manager to join the team with a particular focus on basement works. As Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of package delivery, working closely alongside the Senior Construction Manager (SCM), project leadership team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution.The role will focus heavily on fit-out delivery within the basement scope, overseeing works including:

Blockwork
Drylining
Joinery
Finishes through to final decorations and handover
