Construction Manager

Construction Manager - Hauts-de-France - 12-Month Contract  Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Construction Manager to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming French location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibilities and Requirements:

Responsible for developing Construction Quality Management Plan and Construction Management Plan for the project. These documents will be part of the RFP for the construction companies.

Provide leadership and management oversight for Contractors and their sub-contractors in the construction/ installation planning, sequencing, coordination and interfaces management within the extended project delivery team and wider AZ parties (Operations, Facilities Management, Site SHE and etc.);
