Construction Manager

Atom Resources are currently supporting a contractor delivering a $20m groundwater treatment plant project in the Northern Territory and are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager ASAP.
This is a site-based role on a live civil/mechanical infrastructure project, requiring someone capable of managing both delivery and client expectations in a demanding environment.
The Role

• Oversee day-to-day construction delivery.
• Manage subcontractors, programme and site coordination.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive QA/QC and project documentation processes.
• Full-time site role (Mon–Fri + some Saturdays).

About You

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager / Senior PM.
• Background across civil, water, utilities, remediation or process infrastructure projects.
