Construction Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized coordination and monitoring processes across all active Litecrete sites.

• Oversee project tracking tools and schedules to ensure cost-efficient and timely completion.

• Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly site data into clear, high-level management summaries and performance reports.

• Proactively review site updates to identify potential delays or gaps in compliance, escalating concerns to the Construction Execution Lead.

• Act as the liaison between site engineers, procurement, sales, and management to ensure alignment across the board.

• Support the continuous evolution of internal workflows, controls, and construction systems.



Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
