Construction Project Manager

**Position Purpose**The Construction Project Manager Supervise the execution of the construction projects on time, quality and budget, according to the contract and AutoZone's Specifications, coordinate utilities services and externals environmental assesors to comply our local and state regulations, administrate the project's economics, capitalize the projects on time and handover to maintenance according to the designed project, PM is responsible of the coordination with vendors and supplies so materials and equipments arrive on time, should keep close comunication with Design, Permits, Legal, Real estate and stores operations.
**Position Responsibilities**:- Supervise the general construction process of the assigned projects according to the store design by ensuring that the project is on schedule, quality and safety, within Autozone Specifications- Coordinate utlities in advance with vendors and General contractor, so it can be ready for the store opening.
