Construction Site Supervisor

As aConstruction Site Supervisorat Solico Metal, you will support the Field Operations Manager in overseeing structural steel erection projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring deadlines are met and installations are completed according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, installers, and site superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with approved drawings.
• Produce erection progress and site daily reports
• Follow up on the delivery schedule and validate delivery slips
• Participate to coordination meetings with the engineering, detailing and fabrication team
• Attend on-site coordination meetings with the General Contractor
• Assist the steel erector in repair request (field works and deficiencies)
• Assist with health and safety recordings
• Other duties as required and assigned by the supervisor
