Construction Specialist

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Embody integrity, accountability, initiative, and respect in all correspondence and tasks performed.
Responsible for safe, compliant, efficient & reliable execution of midstream facility construction projects, including gas plants and compressor stations.
Drives communication with project stakeholders, including operations, measurement, SCADA/automation, and I&E.
Develops project scope, drawings, bill of materials, schedules, and cost estimates/AFE’s.
Manages project construction in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinates contractor bid process, selection, contracting, and change management in conjunction with legal and supply chain management teams. Holds contractors accountable to project scope, contractor MSA’s, and construction contracts.
Coordinates material selection, bids, PO requests, and deliveries in conjunction with supply chain management, engineering, and operations.
