• Champion the Health & Safety program on site
• Plan, organize, lead, and evaluate all site activities from start to finish
• Identify and communicate potential risks before they impact the project
• Assess root causes of issues and build strategic attack plans
• Review and coordinate critical material delivery schedules
• Direct foremen and tradespeople in daily site activities
