Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Startup

• Review and interpret architectural drawings to support estimating and project planning.
• Prepare and distribute kickoff packages, construction schedules, and startup documents.
• Organize project folders, templates, and digital platforms for efficient access.
• Support procurement and trade award processes, including bid documents and supplier coordination.
