Role Description

The Opportunity
This is a role in our Nutrition Division, part of our Pediatric Business Unit.
In this role you will have direct contact with our customers and provide professional support for infant and adult nutrition products.
Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls, following criteria of quality, service level and efficiency.
Respond to customer inquiries via various channels: email, Instagram, Facebook.
Provide advice and guidance on infants and adult nutrition.
Respond to complaints aligned with company guidelines.
