This candidate must have strong instincts for what works on social media, is willing to experiment, and brings fresh energy to everything they produce. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube with a strong creative angle that stands out
• Attend company training sessions and produce same-day content including highlight posts, Stories, and short-form video clips (30-second cuts from training footage)
• Generate original content ideas — you are expected to pitch concepts, not just execute briefs
