In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for diverse product portfolios and user experiences. You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Write and refine UX content for digital journeys (web and application flows), with a strong focus on minimizing drop‑offs and guiding customers through complex decisions.
• Craft clear, human, and empathetic microcopy (CTAs, form labels, helper text, error states, confirmations) that balances conversion goals with customer trust.
