Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Planning

1. Proactively propose content ideas related to Tongits and the GameZone brand
2. Participate in product, tournament, and social content creation
3. Think from the player's perspective: why they watch, engage, and share

Content Execution & Collaboration

1. Participate in scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production
2. Work closely with editors, designers, and external partners
3. Take ownership of content results, not just task completion

Learning & Optimization

1. Review content performance and user feedback
2. Continuously improve understanding of Tongits gameplay and content trends

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant content experience (flexible for strong candidates)
