Job Title: Content Lead – Malaysia & Indonesia

What You'll Do

• Content Production – Lead short video planning, shooting, and editing for TikTok & key platforms; ensure content fits brand and local audience preferences in Malaysia & Indonesia.
• Content Strategy – Develop localized seeding strategies (TikTok-first); oversee content roadmap, delivery, and quality across both markets.
• Trend & Competition – Analyze viral videos and FMCG/beauty content; experiment with new formats to boost engagement and conversion.
• Performance Tracking – Monitor views, CTR, conversion rates; use data insights to optimize output and prepare reports.

What You'll Need
