We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist with 7–11 years of expertise in SAP Fieldglass VMS to manage and optimize Contingent Workforce Management and Service Procurement processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Fieldglass modules
• Manage end-to-end contingent workforce management and service procurement
• Act as SME for Worker Profile Management and compliance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers
• Support integrations with enterprise systems
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP Fieldglass solutions
• Drive process improvements using data insights and user feedback
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
