Role Description

Your Contribution:

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in production and management systems focused on driving operational performance and value creation in processes. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge to ensure alignment of key operational metrics to guarantee compliance with the quality system and customer requirements. 
Monitor and track production performance indicators to analyze trends, define priorities, conduct analysis, and identify root causes of issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, engineering, manufacturing, safety, and logistics) to analyze failures, production losses, and implement process and system improvements.

Implement and audit best practices to drive performance improvement through monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
