Continuous Improvement Engineer

Our client is currently looking for an ambitious and thorough Continuous Improvement Engineer Based in Swindon on a permanent basis. Work closely with the UK Operations Manager to implement lean processes ensuring that the efficiency and quality of operational process is continually improved.

You Will: Contribute to the 5s initiative to ensure that improvements are sustained and entrenched within the business. Host Kaizen improvement events. Ensure the operational layout , both at macro and micro levels, is suitable for a highly efficient and defect free environment.
