Continuous Improvement Lead

We are on behalf of our client looking for a **Continuous Improvement Lead (Engineer)** **for a project in Trondheim, Norway.
**Responsibilities and tasks**:
- Drive continuous improvement in the project by identifying and following up on prioritized improvement activities
- Enhance processes and meeting culture through structured continuous improvement efforts
- Facilitate improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean methods and principles
**Qualifications and personal attributes**:
- Bachelor, Master or higher technical education - Extensive relevant experience may compensate for formal education
- Experience in offshore industry and workshop operations
- Background in continuous improvement within a project organization, including Agile & Lean facilitation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with strong communication and collaboration skills
