Are you passionate about optimizing processes and leading change? We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to shape and drive our strategy for operational excellence within our Wood Nailing Business Unit.

In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives that ensure our manufacturing processes remain agile, efficient, and aligned with our premium market position.

Working closely with teams across our sites in Denmark and Spain, you’ll foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture that accelerates success through shared goals and best practices. Your deep understanding of continuous improvement in an operational setting, strong international communication skills, and ability to engage with cross-functional teams will be essential.
