Continuous Improvement Program Manager

Lead the Continuous Improvement initiatives at ROCKWOOL as a Program Manager in North America. Drive value and best-in-class strategies for supply chain projects while leading your team to success.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Supply Chain Development Director and oversee a small team, including a Project Manager and a CI Coach. With 8–10 years in Supply Chain, Operations, or Continuous Improvement, you will navigate governance processes and ensure project success through effective prioritization and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end Continuous Improvement portfolio
• Implement robust intake and stage-gate governance processes
• Balance demand and capacity within the portfolio
• Challenge problem definitions and ensure clear ownership
• Drive visibility and value realization with KPI tracking
