Continuous Improvement Specialist

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will help design sustainable systems, build operational standards, and lead strategic process improvements that elevate performance across the plant. You will embed consistency, strengthen operational discipline, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that drives long‑term success.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Create, implement, and promote standardized systems (centerlines, Clean/Inspect/Lube, defect handling, One-Point Lessons, SOPs) that support long‑term operational success.
+ Teach and coach plant teams on continuous improvement tools such as TPM, Lean Methodologies (yield, labor, efficiency), and Six Sigma principles
+ Lead structured problem‑solving activities using tools such as Base Condition Analysis, Why-Why, Fishbone Diagrams, Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act, Theory of Operations, and Chokepoint Analysis.
+ Standardize scrap categorization processes to strengthen visibility of yield loss.
