Role Overview

Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Contract Administrator to join the infrastructure group in our Highways & Bridge team in Thunder Bay on a full‑time basis, working on MTO Highway Construction Projects. The Contract Administrator is part of the project procurement team focused on the management of construction and service contracts during the execution of MTO CA assignments, with responsibilities continuing through close‑out and handover of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project procurement efforts in the award of construction and service contracts.
  • Contractual change control relating to cost and time.
  • Program monitoring (scope, cost and time) and progress meetings.
  • Payment certification and cash flow forecast.
  • Claims administration.
  • Develop, process and implement contractual documents and change notices in a timely manner.
