Contract Administrator - Data Centre

Atom Resources is partnering with a leading Tier 2 contractor (a Global Group) to recruit a Contract Administrator for a $1.5bn Data Centre project in Western Sydney.

About the Role
Working within a high-performing commercial team, you’ll support delivery across structural and services packages, from procurement through to final account on a live, multi-stage project.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement and subcontract letting
• Contract admin and variations
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Managing claims and payments
• Coordinating with site, design and services teams

About You

• 5–8 years’ CA experience
• Exposure to $200M+ projects
• Data centre or complex build background
• Strong commercial and contract knowledge
